1. Service and operator

These terms govern PepWay, provided by 55.424.095 ADRIANO KELVIO DA ROCHA DANTAS - ME · CNPJ 55.424.095/0001-62 · Brasil. The personal-record service is intended for adults. By accepting, you agree to these conditions and can consult the Privacy Policy at any time.

2. Organization, not prescribing

PepWay organizes personal records and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. It does not recommend medications, peptides, hormones, doses, combinations or cycles. Names in the demo do not imply approval, safety, effectiveness or authorization for human use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before medical decisions.

Check the amounts, units and times you record. The body map is a history, not an administration guide. Pep is the mascot and navigation guide, not a healthcare professional. The app does not detect interactions or monitor emergencies. Contact local emergency services when needed.

3. Account, data and continuity

Protect your credentials and provide accurate information. Local records work without an account; sign-in, recovery and sync depend on internet and providers. Reminders depend on permissions and system conditions and are not guaranteed. Export important copies before changing devices or clearing data. Sync is optional and excludes photos and data imported from health platforms.

4. Subscriptions and stores

When a subscription offer is available, the store screen shows price, currency, period, renewal and any trial before confirmation. Trials depend on store-account eligibility; a preview does not start a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically under the offer unless cancelled in App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a store subscription.

Management, restoration and refund requests follow store mechanisms and applicable mandatory rights. For Apple distribution, Apple’s standard application license applies unless an approved custom license exists. No clause removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. Responsible use and license

You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. The brand, mascot and software belong to their respective holders. Do not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, accessing other people’s accounts or compromising security. PepWay does not sell substances or broker prescriptions.

6. Termination, rights and contact

You may stop using the service and delete data and your account through the stated controls. The service may evolve or become unavailable; material changes will be communicated. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Brazilian law informs these terms without displacing mandatory consumer protections in your country.
